Slowness issue with Zscaler

 if we are facing Slowness issue with Zscaler there may be below point --

•  Slowness with particular application/website:-

we can try to understand and isolate issue like if we can disable zscaler app in user machine and try to access website and website is working fine, it means issue with zscaler, in this case if we are using SSL inspection with that category need to bypass that domain or URL after try to access and website is working fine.

If issue still not resolve then use ZMTR tool https://zmtr.zscaler.com/ and trace destination server to find out the latency , some cases latency goes to high because of geo graphical location .

this is case we can forward user traffic into nearest Zscaler service edge or we can bypass this to use PAC file.

•  Slowness with all internet traffic:-

if we faced this issue first step need to check utilization of resources 

use this URL - https://trust.zscaler.com

Go into cloud status option -

if you see all node are green its mean Zscaler not reported any incident, we also check under incident

if we got some issue under this incident so workaround of this is we can forward traffic via PAC to nearest Data Center.

if still issue not resolved then we can raise ticket with Zscaler Tac and before raise ticket to Zscaler Tac We can collect some logs and provide to Zscaler TAC.

use following step to provide logs to Zscaler client connector.

Go into https://zmtr.zscaler.com/ and provide him the screen shot that included IP addres of Zscaler.

Enable Wireshark on user system and try to access multiple website and collect all logs on user machine and provide to zscaler client connector.
