DIFFERENT BETWEEN POP AND IMAP PROTOCOL
·       When user configure imap  then access any where and system mail

·       In imap case when data delete in system then data is not delete on server

·       Pop3 all mail download in local system
·       In pop3 case send time is not save on server

OST(OFFLINE STORAGE TABLE)
·       WHEN YOU ARE USING EXCHAGE SERVER THEN CREATE MAIL IN .OST FORMAT
·       .OST FORMAT IS ALLWAYS DUBLICATE COPY OF MAIL
·       Outlook Data Files (.ost) are used when you have an Exchange account and want to work offline
